Native Recording?

Whats going on? Where is this feature in Traktor Pro? And why cant I find any info on it?

AM I missing something?

ok.. Ive read the very long one post on this topic.

Anyway - its all been said but can someone let me know alternatives to Traktor that have this fucntionality (traktor 3 I guess is one) ? TP is sadly not fit for my purposes any more.

if you are talking about recording, the tp has it

 

the native mix recorder is no longer a part of traktor. since Traktor pro it's offline.

NI says they are thinking about a relaunch, but I think it will never come back into Traktor.

 

this "i'll take my business elsewhere" whining will get you nowhere. this is the user forum. towards the top left of every forum webpage, it says so in capitalized, bolded, large-font letters.

traktor is meant to be a live tool for those who can mix (and those who want to learn how to mix). of course, the need can arise to create a DJ mix that is extremely polished (say, for promotional purposes). Traktor might not be the tool of choice for creating such a super-polished mix. a DAW or other software with sequencer-like functionality might be more suitable. so man up, quit whining, and do some research. GIYF

 

This feature was dropped 3 years ago, not that I ever used it to record mixes.
Serato Scratch Live + Ableton has the functionality you are talking about.
