Need Elektrik Piano serial number

Need Serial.... Come On N.i.!!!!!
What am i supposed to do... just stop requesting the serial number say "whatever... you can just keep my money"? You know that's not fair. Somebody help me out.... pleeeeease. this is so stressing.
This has been an ongoing problem and i feel like my requests for a serial number are being consistently avoided. the last email i got was from the registration support and they said to fax a copy of the installation disk and my sales receipt. I SENT THOSE FAXES A COUPLE OF DAYS AGO AND AM WAITING FOR SOME TYPE OF RESPONSE. At least tell me that you're going to address the issue. I know you guys are busy but... I PAID FOR THIS PRODUCT November 2, 2006 AND HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO USE IT SINCE RECEIVING (Not to mention over a month and a half after buying it). All i want is a serial number so that i can use the product and maybe you guys can give some thought to compensating me for my troubles. why should it take so long for me to get help with this when i paid for the product? Is that hard for you guys to cough up a serial number that i already paid for?

Why are you not supporting Elektrik Piano? It's a great instrument but really needs some TLC.

I guess around these part's it's the sqeaky wheels (Kontakt, Akoustic Piano) that get the oil .. but we are now waiting and waiting for our Universal Binary update and cannot use sessions that contain Elektrik Piano on our MacTels

... plus this poor guy is writhing in agony.

Do any of you actully even read these forums?

Contacting Registration Support should have been your first step so I am not sure where the "Nov. 2006" comment comes from.

This is a User Forum and most of the moderators are not NI employees. There are some NI people who try to participate here but this isn't any official support channel.

(ha.... i CALLED Native Instruments TWICE and waited 30-45 minutes both times before giving up and hanging up the phone. i felt like Registration support was giving me the run-around ever since i intially proposed the problem. Then of course you get these "no-reply" email addresses. Everything really made me feel like N.I. was "avoiding me." But the forums seem to be the most effective way to get help because everyone else gets to hear about your problem and its rate of progress... witnesses, so to speak.)
Anyway, the problem was finally resolved and N.I. sent me the serial number (thanks) after i sent them copies of my invoice and a copy of the installation disc.
So, i'd rather move on and ask: WHY DOESN'T ELEKTRIK PIANO SHOW UP ON DP 5 ON MY MACBOOK PRO AS A PLUGIN BUT IT WORKS JUST FINE AS A STAND-ALONE APP.... DOES THIS HAVE TO DO WITH THE WHOLE UNIVERSAL BINARY THING? Perhaps this should be its own thread. i don't know. help?

Yep. The plugin versions have to be UB to run on a MacBook.
