Need help. Big problems in playback.

Hello everyone, I'm trying to work on this track but Logic and Kontakt are just freaking out. None of this happens on other tracks, just this session.

I play it and it cuts in/out on various tracks.

Sometimes when I'm looping a section, it will go back to the beginning of the section after only a couple of measures in. I made a video showing what is going on. On the second part of the video, you will see it go back to the beginning of the section without me doing anything.

Any ideas? I only have 5 tracks going and intend on many more layers, but I can't get anywhere with this happening.
