Need Help Customer Support has been un-responsive

    Hello I have been trying to get customer service to help me with a webshop order for over a week now and I used the support wizard and sent emails and no one has gotten back to me.

    Was that order on the NI website or a 3rd party shop? Because I could well imagine that NI can't do much there.

    Why not share the problem, maybe we can help? Assuming it's not about payments or such.
