I have found a second hand Kore 2 interface there is no software or manuals, just the unit itself in the box. I need to know can I use it "as is" or do I need to get something else to get it working also is it worth the effort. If you think It's worth the effort, what else do I need to source to use it successfully. I intend to use it in a live show. Thanks

you can operate Kore 2 as a standard midi controller (or a mackie control surface), you just need to install the driver and the controller editor software, still available in the download section.
as for the Kore 2 software, if having something like a global DAW snapshot system that you can switch in real-time with sync sounds useful for your live show, then it could be worth the effort yes, nothing else can do that.

I have purchased the Kore 2 controller and have tried to install on windows 8 computer. I need to know which drivers I will need to download and wheather or not that having Reactor, Traktor and GuitarRig installed will hamper driver installation
