Sorry, I'm confused.. I don't see any LEDs on the NV that would associate with the EQ knobs. Are you just trying to map the EQ knobs? If so, it appears in your screenshot that Traktor is receiving multiple CC values when you "learn" each knob, which is likely your problem.

Try turning each knob up and down a few times, while in learn mode, until it settles on one CC value. If you can't get that to work, use the drop-down box to the right of the learn button and manually set the CH and CC numbers. For example, it looks like your High Adjust for Deck A should be Ch.01.CC.043.

    Hope this helps!

Aha, ok. So, unless you have a MIDI implementation chart for the NV, it's going to be rather tricky. I've looked a bit on the 'net for you but, I can't find any info. The trouble is, you can't "learn" the meter LEDs.. You have to already know which channel(s) they operate on and which CCs will trigger them, then manually map them in Traktor using the drop-down box that I mentioned previously. You probably will just have to keep trying different CCs until you get it right. The master level meter should be easiest for you to start with, as the channel meters will require modifiers to toggle between pre- and post-fader levels.

Add Out ---> Mixer ---> Meters ---> Master Out Level (L+R).

Once you've figured that out, let me know and I'll try to help you get through the modifiers and channel meter maps. You're taking on quite a complex mapping for a beginner.. Expect to get frustrated but, try not to get discouraged.

much appreciated for all your help

    i have mapped basic buttons
    jog wheel
    x fader etc

    so easy stuff is done
so i thought this would be pretty easy as well but its a headache

i have found this controller map
    from serato

    https://serato.com/downloads/files/143487/Numark+NV+Quickstart+Guide.pdf

    or

    from ultramixer

    http://www.mix-software.com/_releases/UltraMixer/midimaps/Numark-NV-documentation.pdf

    or

    this user guide from numark

    https://www.numark.com/images/product_downloads/NV-UserGuide-v1.2.pdf

ok thanks for explaining how it works in english
so in simple terms i need to find out what triggers the lights

    much appreciated
