    Hello everyone,

    I am new to this forum. First of all thank you for your help. I already installed this Art Virtual Grand Piano and placed Virtual_Grand_Piano_part1 into my Cubase SX3 directory, and I also registered for it. It lets me choose this plugin in Cubase SX3, but somehow I don't get any sound from it. I clicked on the "LOAD" button, and there were no presets in it. I have no problems with any other plugins at all. Does anyone know what causes this problem? Thank you very much for your help.

    Welcome =)

    First of all, have you run it in standalone? You need to run the sample instruments in standalone after the install, otherwise the plugin won't be able to find its library.

    Also, this isn't the Kontakt based instruments forum; it's the Absynth forum. I'm moving this thread to the right place.

    Thanks a lot. I got the problem solved. Presets were missing.... Now, I am having a problem with latency (11ms). Is there a good way to get it down to less than 5ms latency? Thanks

    Check the Audio/MIDI settings (if you're running standalone). If you're running it as a VST in Cubase, check Cubase's audio settings and set the buffer reasonably low.
