NEED HELP with my serial number

    I Apologize for bringing this issue here althought it is not right way to do. But I'm having major problems with Native Instruments' support part, I can't fill any help tickets or anything, It always goes back to front page when I try to something.. And that is pretty annoying.M serial number is registered on my old e-mail and that email address isn't working anymore. So I need to activate the serial number to my current e-mail. I might be stupid but I have used too many hours trynna solve this Ting and now I have to ask help from here. Native Instruments could you help please?:) Thank you..

    If can you still login to your old account, you might try doing a License Transfer (request a Transfer-ID in the old account and import the Transfer-ID in the new account) yourself: https://support.native-instruments.com/hc/en-us/sections/202392125-License-Transfer

    Otherwise you'll have to sort things out with NI Support directly:

    Thank you for your reply. I can't log in to my old account.. And that link u gave doesn't work in any of my browser. Weird. Could it be because I live in Finland? I don't know.. And a call to the States from Helsinki would probably cost me a fortune :D If some of staff members would see this and deactivate my old e-mail that would be great. I'm difficult.

    In this case maybe also make sure that your browser doesn't have any page/script blockers running in the background (which might prevent the Support Ticket page from loading) ...

    Well, you can also call one of the office numbers in Europe (like Germany or UK) ;)

    As far as I know this can only be done by NI Support.
    But you can try to contact one of the Forum admins like Keir @ NI directly, and ask if they can pass your request along.
