need help with traktor Z1 and X1

    need some help here,
    I have on my windows 10 laptop the TRAKTOR DJ 2 installed.
    Have the X1 connected to an USB port and the Z1 to another USB

    When using the native controler editor is see that both Z1 and X1 react when pussing or turning knobs.
    Light are on on bought controlers.

    When opening traktor DJ 2 only the Z1 works. I get no BMP readings and i cant change songs with the X1.

    When trying to install TRAKTOR pro 3 LE via native acces i get an installation failed at the end.

    What am i doing wrong?
