Need Help!

Hi, I have two problems with my Traktor LE, I bought the Numark Omni Control and it comes with traktor LE, my first problem is that i can't register i have sent two message to the support the tickets are -Ticket#2009110610007776 and -Ticket#2009110610006581 I haven't received an answer yet. My second problem is that I always hear the main song in my headphones, or I can hear both songs if I press the PFL buttons on my console but I would like to only hear the other song. I know i need to change my audio interface to a multiple output but how can i do that?

More problems! I can't change the midi mapping to scratch and all me Fx dont work! Im starting to get angry!

 

Hi, it's a common problem Numark put the wrong serial numbers in the box. You have to contact Numark about this problem NOT Native Instruments. They will send you the right serial number.
About the Driver. You have to install the Omni Control Asio Driver

Then open traktor -> Help -> Start Setup wizard
select numark in the first box and Omni Control LE in the second

I have been waiting a month now for my serial number, despite 3 emails and filling out the dedicated form, heard Nothing. Poor Show Numark

Stupid question?
Can someone tell me when using Traktor & Omni does the sound go from Tracktor>Omni>Omni Outputs? I.e. are the sliders going to wear like a traditional mixer or are they only signal senders for Traktor?

they only send a signal, since it is not an analog mixer.
