NEED INSTALLATION HELP

If you have had this problem I would love to hear you expertise.

Here's the problem. When I try to install Komplete 10 on some of the VST's it will download and then say "Installation Error - Please try running the installer manually." Only problem is their is no thereraer is no manual installer to be found. Does anyone know how to manually install. I've tried clicking the file, then I get a message from my laptop saying "Disk image failed to mount."

According to your post I'm assuming you're using the Komplete downloader/installer, right?

• Which applications or files of Komplete 10 are you trying to install exactly when the error message appears?
  
• Which Windows version are you using?
• And have you already checked if you have enough free disk space?

Which file exactly. And where (which window, application, etc.) did you click on it?

 

Yes, I am using the NI Downloader/Installer.
FM8/Guitar Rig 5 Pro/ Komplete 10/Kontakt 5/Kontour/Massive..etc..However maybe I just have to keep trying over and over again, because I ran the installer to get the names for you and all of a sudden FM8 has installed. This is weird.
I Have Windows 10.

If the problem happens again, you can also try ...

• ... to select and install a single application of Komplete (in order to install the applications one by one)
• ... to run the Komplete downloader/installer at a different time of day (in case there are any problems while downloading files)
