Need Midi Controller Map (fn and CC) for B4II

Where is the full midi CC implementation map including function and CC number by preset for B4-II?

I found the 'basic' set of CC in the Documentation/readme.txt as follows:

- The Default MIDI Controller Map of the B4-II is "B4D.bcm".

I have seen increment and decrement functions for cabinet and preset in the past but cannot seem to get those functions to show up under any map/config file combinations.

I see that the .0.2 version have implemented the V-C knob. How about the bank and present keys? Any one seen how to set these up?

I use an M-Audio Oxygen-61 for the upper manual and a M-Audio radium for the lower manual. I have almost all the standard drawbars/switches/controls mapped with the learn function on the setup page...

I just need V-C and preset management....

Any ideas?
NI? Can you release the full list of midi functions and 'default' CC#s by version of the B4 and B4-II programs..
