Need to transfer licence number but can't log into account

    I recently sold my maschine mk3 and Can't log into account I tried requesting new password but couldn't get in, please help lol

    That's bad and only native can help if the "forgot password" button does not work. Mick @ NI can maybe help you but you have to wait for him if he is situated in Berlin then he is in bed at home or whatever cause it's night here in germany.
