Never received Massive DL link with machine mk2 activation

    Registered/activated machine a few days ago and still haven't received link for massive in email. thoughts?

    Hello,

    just contact support only they can help you, but maybe wait another 2 or 3 days, cause it can take a while from registering to get massive key and stuff.

    Customer support just e-mailed me back saying I have to register my products on NI.com. Did this the first day I brought the program home. This is starting to become ridiculous

    Yes thats wiered, if you log in on ni website and go to my products are they all shown?

    Didn't realize that hardware and software for maschine had to both be registered separately. Where do I find hardware serial number?
