New Bug: Incorrect Waveform Display For Sample

    - After loading one .mxinst using the sampler, all following samples loaded using the .mxisnt format will not be properly displayed. it will only show the first sample you loaded until you change the zoom, or the view of the sampler left/right. Then the display immediately changes to a view of the sample it's actually supposed to represent.
    - The new sample you loaded will still play. There are no audible problems.
