Resolved New effect spotted: Filtered Noise

Hey guys,

thanks for the big update - this will hopefully silence the critics!

I just spotted the new effect Filtered Noise and tried it.
Some observations:

• Group mode - the effect is extremely loud, especially around 12 o' clock (Values 44-70 on the D2)
• Single mode - DJM style (button 4 applied) the effect curve seems to be kinda "inverted": Instead of a silent part around 12 o' clock (or 50) the silent parts are at 0 and 100 with a little bleed on 100
• Single mode - DJM style (button 4 applied) the effect does not seem to have a smooth curve, there are some harsh changes in sound when turning knob 3 (LP-HP)
• Instead of having a tail, the effect is completely cut silent when switching it off.

I think the last time was when a preference for Stems playback slipped through - quite a while ago...

So. When are we going to see a DJM-like Filtered noise on Traktor 3?

because as of now, the only thing that keeps me bound to a DJM mixer is this FX. very very useful.

 

can we still get this effect? ive downloaded the beta but is says the beta test is over? i feel like this effect should be in traktor by default, its such a good fx.

 

is this fx no longer available?

 

They changed it from a traditional style effect to one of the new mixer fx.
