ED ... thanks ... yea that got me to the point of figuring out WA wasn't the one to use for this song,
but it does work, except for the need to always start the host from a bar line and not somewhere in between.

You don't need to do that if you set the Trigger switch to Host.

(A simple case of RTFM would have cleared that up :))

I had it set to host. I was really flakey unless starting from a bar line.

Ah that might be because it takes host pointer position in host tempo, but if you unlink the BPM sync with host, then that doesn't fall at the expected positions in the measure. Oops! :D

It also might be beacue I have Sonar set to "Free wheel" as opposed to "Chase Lock" but no big deal.
It's the wrong one to use for this after tracks were already cut and that all I needed to figure out.

OK, the measures are 4, but is there a way in kontakt Player to put two instruments, one after the other one, to make a 8 or 12 measures song?

I'm not able to look right now but I belive there's a whole section (all the 4s are duplicated in 6 or 12) where the time is in 6/8 or 12/8?
    Have a look for that.
I might be incorrect but I think I remember something like that.

West Africa is excellent !!! Love all the instruments. I really appreciate the "Kora" but I have a problem with it : the loops associated with the pattern keys (red keys) produce a better sound than individual notes on the blue key. Any help would be really appreciated.

You probably need to adjust velocity sensitivity of your MIDI controller?

Thanks so much for your answer. I've just done a quick test. The Velocity seems to have a strong impact on the produced sound ! All the best for '18.
