New PC build causing interference with monitor speakers

    And what about trying isolating the problem. Try monitors without PC. Find another source of audiosignal. If problem sustains, the problem lies in speakers, not PC/audiointerface.

    You also mentioned, that the disturbance is hearable in speakers, but not monitoring headphones.... Maybe DI box to electrically decouple PC/audiointerface and speakers..... It might help in certain cases.
