New soundbank updates

It says these are for K2 with performance views etc. But if I install these do I need to put them in a seperate place to the original library so as not to overwrite it or will they still play in Elektrik Piano as well?

C'mon I need to install this but its wanting to overwrite the original banks - I'd like some clarification on this please

 

I'm out of town, so I haven't tried it. They should work in EP with the R2 update, though.

Hi Kymeia,

the new sounds will not work in EP since EP is based on Kontakt 1.x.

the sounds are installed in the Elektrik Piano library folder but in its own subfolder so they are not replacing the original EP sounds.

you need to install into the same library root otherwise Kontakt will not find the samples.

Thanks - I guessed as much but nice to know the installer does it for me - though I think this should have been made clear on the site in a read me file or something - not after installation as I could have been playing the presets all weekend instead of waiting for an answer.
