New to Traktor Family :)

Hello everyone,

Just wanted to introduce myself to the forum's and say hello to everyone here!

I am very excited to be switching over to Traktor and the Audio 8 DJ family. I originally started off on vinyl, then moved to CDJ's and now, moving on to traktor and the Digital era. Even though i've only been dj'ing since 2008 it's been amazing at how far the industry has gone in the last two years. It seem like yesturday that I was sitting in my college dorm asking myself "imagine if they made this for DJ'ing." un real how the industry read's our minds. Kind of scary isn't it!

Anyway, enough with my rambling. So I just received my Audio 8 DJ and I have installed Traktor LE (should be getting a free upgrade to Pro soon with the summer sale promotion going on) and i am having some issue's on how to properly hook everything up in order to start mixing properly.

I plan on getting a 4 channel audio mixer in the future but for now, all i have is a macbook and a uc33e which is sufficient enough for me at the moment to learn the basics of the software.

Now, here is my question:

I would like to hook up traktor to run through my studio monitor's.

My DAW is running on a PC with a focusrite LE soundcard and two KRK RPG 8's. Is it possible to just plug in the master output of the audio 8 dj to my focusrite LE soundcard to get sound out of my monitors? I have an RCA to quarter inch cable that I could use but am having trouble figuring out the proper connections.

How would I go about hooking everything up?

TRAKTOR DJ SETUP:

- Macbook
- UC33e
- Audio 8
