New update not in my service centre

    Looking for the new update, to see if it resolves the denon hc4500 issue on a mac, but my service centre says all products are upto date?

    Is this right or wrong?

    UPDATE.

    Found it in the personal update online, and not in the service centre.

    Bit strange, as i thought they would show in SC.

    Going back on this, i have downloaded the 2.02 release for mac, but my version in the 'about' is 2.0.1 ?

    But in my service centre its 2.0.2
