new user, Komplete elements?

new user here (hi!)

I bought machine off ebay and have got the maschine serial number transferred to my accounts so I've been able to register it to myself.

Im just installing the updates, and noticed that 1.62 said 'you will receive an email for a free copy of komplete elements'.
Plus, the 1.6 installer said 'new content has been installed, please activate via service center' but it didnt have anything new listed for activation.

So does this still apply to me? the previous user did not have KE registered to his account (so couldnt transfer it) so maybe he did not get it in the first place?

Does everybody get this (ie is it a required part of maschine 1.7) or was it just a limited time offer?

EVERYBODY GOT IT who was registered as a user.

it's not vital to 1.7 but is a nice addition - it won't harm you not having it. You can always download the free Reaktor and Kontakt players from NI website which contain most of the content anyway.

 

Might be worth checking your emails though as I have heard of other people who have received it via email without installing it

 

oh wow, got an email this morning with a serial number - fantastic!

So now I dont have to buy KE, I might use the money to get Razor instead. Thanks NI!

 

I Definately recomend buy razor, it is amazing I prefer it to massive in some ways as it sounds more unique imo

Oh forget to mention its still half price for razor but only until tomorrow I believ so I woulld jump on that
