new user w/ delay problems

    Hi all, I'm looking for a bit of help. I just installed everything last night and am having some difficulties. I can play through the combos fine, but I am getting a big delay between the guitar and the computer. Is there a way of correcting this? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

    Welcome =)

    The delay's what's known as latency. If you're using on-board sound (that is, not an additional soundcard or audio interface), I'd recommend using ASIO4All

    Go to the ASIO4All site. Download the app and read all the instructions. Install it. Then, name that as your audio device in Combos' audio/MIDI settings.
