Newbie with a stupid question

I am a little confused right no I hooked up all as shown (audio8 tracktor scratchpro) , mixer cd decks .I have one stupid question to hook up my amp do i go through the outputs on audio 8 or through my mixer.And how to i get my headphone to work with 2 cd decks and a midid controler hooked up i got no sound to I keep it on external or internal being I am using a mixer and decks with the midi

 

you hook up your amp through the outputs of your mixer. If you have an external mixer ( meaning something you can hold onto) use external mode.
for your headphones, plug them into your mixer.

 

thank you one more question , how to i get the midi controller and the cd decks working at the same time

 

I really have no idea, I have never used a MIDI controller. I am planning to buy kontrol X1 though.

So i can't really answer that question. I think there are many other people on here that could though.
