Did anyone else get a newsletter email with a Komplete 13 Collector's Edition discount code today?

I've tried it and the code is invalid.

 

Yes, I got it, tried it, and it was invalid. Why did they even bother sending out an offer that doesn't work? Very frustrating

No email received. I guess it is phising e-mail to get your personal payment data, not email by NI.

The Sale just ended. And NI does not discount particular product using e-voucher. NI simply changes the price in their e-shop for all, if there is any discount.

 

It does work guys, do not click on the link from your email but copy the code then go into your account the way you usually do and click on the update for ultimate CE and add to basket then input code and code was accepted, also the code may only work if you already have Ultimate and are upgrading to Ultimate CE.

 

It doesn't work. My product is KOMPLETE 13 ULTIMATE. The upgrade deal is "GET IT ALL" and I'm supposed to get a discount with an upgrade to KOMPLETE 13 Collector's Edition.

Are you clicking on the link in the email if so that doesn't work copy code only, I've just done it and code accepted and price now is £179.

 

I did copy the code but still same problem. What does it say is in your cart, is it the same as what I show?

 

It says that I now have

Got it, so the problem is they won't give the upgrade for the BOX version only the download version of KOMPLETE 13 ULTIMATE.

I don't have (DL) in my cart.

The link isn't the issue. The store won't let you use the code if you purchased the boxed version of ULTIMATE, it seems if you hae the download version it's OK.

Not sure why there's a difference I actually paid more for the boxed version. Must be someone forgot to setup the code to work for box version customers.

 

Is it the same code for all, or individual for each one? I have Ultimate (boxed), but no email. Or is it targeted only to certain countries? Like UK...

 

I have DL version of Komplete 13 that was upgrade from Komplete Select using black Friday offer. The coupon does not work. It may work only if you paid full price for your version? Just speculating here

I'm in the US and got the email the night of Thursday, December 9.

 

That is not the problem either. I made a purchase to download and the code worked for me the first time, sorry I did not finish the purchase. Now when I try to do it to buy it, it tells me that it is not valid. A shame

 

That's a different code to what mine was.

 

Alright, maybe they sent out a bad code to some and then fixed it after?

For some reason support chat is not available and I can't get any suport on it.

 

Its strange that if I clicked the link in my email to take me to the products page the code was always invalid, tried it 3 times, it was only when I ignored the link and went straight to the products page that the code worked.
