    Thanks Paul, you helped me fix it.

    I had to close my empty my NI shopping cart and close my browser. Then I opened up the browser and went to Google, searched for Native Instruments, and clicked on Products. Then I went into KOMPLETE 13 offers, selected the upgrade path.

    FINALLY it showed KOMPLETE 13 ULTIMATE Collectors Edition Upgrade for ULTIMATE DL (Download) in my cart.

    It had not shown that before no matter what I tried.

    I hope this helps everyone else.

    I tried everything. Even changing browser, pc and using 4g of the mobile. There is no way. I'll wait to see if any admin can help me.

    Just make sure you do not click on the "save now" button on your email just copy code, close email and go direct to your product page, find the upgrade to ultimate CE add to basket and code should work, if it doesn't then something else is wrong.

    I got it to work buy going directly to the NI website then copying and pasting in the code

    The offer I received was 66% off the upgrade from Komplete to Komplete Ultimate (not CE, presumably because I only have the regular version of Komplete).

    I have tried all of the above suggestions: going directly to the NI site, logging out of NI and searching for "Native Instruments" on Google and then clicking on the URL that takes me to the NI site (as opposed to clicking on the link in the email) and placing the order (selecting the download version instead of the boxed version), I've tried different browsers on my computer (Windows) and my phone (Android), copying and pasting the voucher code as well as typing it in manually - still getting "The coupon code isn't valid. Verify the code and try again" every time.

    I have reported this issue as a request via the Chatbot and received an automated email confirming the request was received, but given NI's general reputation regarding customer service I am less than confident this will be sorted out - hopefully an Admin will be able to help out here.

    The same here. Nor have I received a response from NI. Last try today, if I can't, I'll use my money on other tools.

    Hey everyone!
    It seems we had some issues with vouchers sent via private newsletter last week.
    It should now work and please make sure you are applying the code on products part of the offer (no physical boxes).
    If you have sent an email to our support before the weekend about this issue, we're currently trying to respond to everyone as quickly as possible :thumbsup:

    The same seems to my side, but differs a little from others in this topic. I bought upgrade from komplete 13 standard to 13 ultimate using my newsletter code for 66%, and it applied normally, I have paid for it with discount price (as in letter), and then my order stucked in my order history page with status "order created". I've try everything, write to support, check and refresh access app. I have not recieved any serials and products in my page on the website since December 10.

Just like I said, if you have sent an email to our support before the weekend about this issue, we're currently trying to respond to everyone as quickly as possible. The team will be in touch. Please do not submit your ticket more than once, it will just slow everything down.
