NI Access issues on M1 MacBook Pro

    Native Access has been working fine but I'm now not able to install updates or other products that I had not previously installed. I've tried reinstalling Acesss to no avail and get waiting for connection. It's even picked up new updates for installed since the issue appeared. It also sometimes looks like it starts a download but then gets stuck
