NI Can you please add Save -button to Traktor?

It happened again. I have been importing, sorting and mapping tracks for this evenings gig for hours today. Then i quit Traktor:"Flushing background tasks". In english:"I'm gonna freeze and destroy you."

I don't mind programs crashing as that is what they do. What i DO mind that programs don't have SAVE button. Like just happened. When Traktor crashes it looses EVERYTHING you have done since opening it. If it would have: Save library or Save all beat mappings or just Save Everything feature it would not matter if it freezes when closing it. But no. There is no Save button so it looses all the work you have done.

Or i just have not founded it yet.

Yes i agree with you, i'm having the same problem with Traktor scratch Pro, would like a save button plz.

one thing i do, is put the files in a playlist and export the playlist as NML before i quit, it saves the cue mappings

 

In Windows, the default keyboard mapping is Ctrl+S.

 

I maybe found solution. Right-click "Track collection" and select:"Save collection". That maybe saves everything. Dunno as after i started to use that traktor have not crashed on closing. I have also made a habit to close Traktor every 30minutes just to be safe.

 

In Controller Manager
1. Find the Device drop down menu at the top and make sure "Traktor Scratch 2 default mapping - Generic Keyboard (Keyboard)" is selected.
2. Press "Add In.." then navigate to Browser, Tree, Save Collection
3. Press the Learn button
4. Press and hold Ctrl + S, then press the Learn button again. DO NOT release Ctrl+S until the Learn button is off.

You know have a keyboard shortcut for Save Collection.
