NI didn't send activation key

    Hi, I bought Razor yesterday as a Christmas present for my self. The installation went fine and everything works, but NI never sent me an authorization code or ANY instructions on how to get one, so I'm forced to use demo mode. This is extremely frustrating, and I can see that this is a VERY common occurrence. So could somebody give me some information on how I can activate my product?

    exact same thing happened to me, it seems to be a pervasive issue.

    the same ocurred to me when i downloaded the two FREE expansions for my new maschine registered 3 days ago! all was clear: purchase (e-vouchers), download link, install, but when i got to activate it... ah! Native instruments never send me the supposed link that contains my TWO serial activation numbers! i already fill like 7 support online forms, but still no getting any answer from NI! can anybody help us?

    Same for me ... bought two expansion packs yesterday. Anything installs just fine, but no serials to activate.

    I hope this is only a x-mas holiday related problem @ NI office. :S
