NI Essentials registration

I was trying to install NI Essentials last night just so I can use Pro 53 (everything else has been upgraded to new versions). Everything is normal until I go to Register on Line. Now it takes me to a page saying I need to register it in Service Center. When I go to Service Center there is nothing in there for Essentials.

Am I missing something?

But, I've bought myself a new 24" iMac and am trying to install Essentials on it and the installer keeps refusing to accept the key file.

I've logged a ticket but no answer so far (surprise ... surprise).

 

I have problem with NI Essentials too. After activation via Service Center i found on my hard disk file NI_ESSENTIALS_keyfile.xml but during install i've got a message "The file you selected was not an authorization key". So where he is ? On Service Center, NI Essential is activated (green) but some of components like Absynth 3 are not ... maybe previous owner was upgrade this components and activate new serials and this is a problem. I bought this software on auction service. I have all serials, cd's and even acount that now is mine and still nothing.

Just great Waiting for replay from NI (two tickets)... 13 days.
