NI has cancelled my crossgrade order, why?

    Hello, I bought my crossgrade in NI online shop last 18/05/07, but yesterday (28/05/07) NI has cancelled my order, why?

    you should contact NIs support on that.

    if you have a ticket number, you can provide me with it and i can have a closer look at what happens, but it's registration support which you should contact.

    also, i moved this thread in the registration board, that may speed things up also!
