NI has decoupled the hardware/software bundle

    Deep down in this thread ( https://www.native-instruments.com/...register-software-or-transfer-license.376729/ ), Matt from NI has confirmed that software is no longer linked to hardware. It means that if you want to sell your hardware, you keep the software (along with any and all upgrades) and just transfer the hardware ID. The new hardware owner then registers the ID and will get her own set of software licenses.
