I just dropped $700 on Komplete 11, I can't seem to find any scaling feature?

For example on Zebra2 and many other plugins you can set the scaling to 200% so you can actually see the VST on Retina screens, where is that feature on Kontakt? Or any other of the synths/samplers I bought. Am I just missing it?

I'm running a 2013 laptop.. I swear to god if it's been 5 years and they haven't added this feature..

Also does NI have a return policy? I'll probably return it if there's no scaling. But I can't even find email support.

Any help would be appreciated thanks!

On top of this forum (right side) is a button to 'Support'. You can use it!

No scaling. No retina/hd support. I love NI products, but they’re difficult to use because my bad eyes can’t read much of the texts in their products.

Hmmm... I just logged on to ask the very same thing...

My main laptop has a HD 1920 x 1080 resolution so everything is fine and dandy on that.

I treated myself to a Surface Pro last week and I really like it. I installed my DAW, Studio One 3, and started to install all my VST instruments and effect. Studio One 3 works fine with the hi res 2376 x 1824 monitor. Even the Absynth desktop app looks okay. But if I open the GUI in Studio One 3 it is so small that it is unreadable.

A shame that, as I have been a fan of Absynth since V3 and I was hoping it would function fine on my new little laptop.

Oh well... I suppose I could just stick with my Arturia and u-he stuff...

They do not allow returns unless it is unopened and unregistered, afaik. That was part of the agreement you made when buying it. If still sealed you could contact them.
