NI: Massive Error Problem

Recently, I've gotten Native Instruments: Massive. As I was downloading it I completely forgot to make it a VST for FL Studio 10 and thought that I had to uninstall it in order to do that. When I uninstalled everything, this error appeared: "No previous installer found. Please run the full product installer before running this update installer." I was completely confused by this and tried deleting every file related to NI Massive and this error still appears. Please help me.

 

Like the error message says: Before you can use an update-installer, you need to have Massive installed with a full product-installer first. (If you got Massive as download, for instance, this is the first install-file you downloaded).

-> So check which installer (full or update) you are trying to run.

Otherwise you should find the link to the full Massive installer also in the products & serial-area on the NI-page, when you login into your account.
Or it might also work, if you download the Massive demo (found on the product page) and install this one first.


If nothing of this helps with your problem, contact NI support.

Usually you can just run the installer again and select the missing plugin-types you need.

If you've got a system that can support it you could assist other new NI users by reading and recording the manuals as Tutorials for people who learn better by seeing or hearing rather than reading like me lol. I am a visual learner and having just recently purchased NI Komplete 8 Ultimate, hate the lack of visual instructions. It's harder for me to learn things by reading.

What kind of errors shows? It does not establish exactly? Service center????
