I recently purchased Komplete 10. This is my fourth Komplete purchase. You're welcome. :) I connected my external super drive to my MacBook Pro (newflash for NI: Apple no longer includes drives in their new MacBooks), de-selected all the apps and libraries already installed, and clicked my way through the popups, warnings, agreements, and other nonsense. Disk A completed, I then inserted Disk K (as instructed). Disk K crapped out about 20 minutes in (the error said: installation failed, you may want to try i" - and the rest was cutoff). I took the Disk out and looked at it. Scratched. From the factory. Scratched. Grrr. Wiped it down really good. Ran install again. Crapped out 30 min in. Third time was a charm. After an HOUR, Disks A, K and L completed. Done. Finally.

I have seen others ask this question but I will ask it again: why are you still shipping DVD's in 2015? I can't imagine the hassles this legacy technology is causing your customers AND your company. Isn't your slogan "The FUTURE of sound?" If this is the future of sound, then I am either in a time warp or you are not fulfilling your own vision. Ideally, upgrade customers (particularly those only moving up one version) should have the option of downloading the deltas after purchase, rather than waiting for the entire library of software to arrive via carrier pigeon. OR just send us a USB 3 jump drive with everything on it.

If you're still up to the same legacy tactics come Komplete 11, I will not be re-upping. Time to join the rest of us in the FUTURE.

    Thanks!
