I'm predicting a partnership with the ableton style software 'Bitwig'. Check out the different colours in the software and compare to pads on the controller. Also the software has familiar colour scheme to native instruments orange and grey layout. What do you guys think?

I really hope it has a crossfader, but it doesn't look like it.

I hope Scratchworx are pretty close to the reality. Looks ideal for me - my Xone:1D is a really good layout for me but it's too big and heavy and tempremental (with a USB hub), and the Xone:K2 is too expensive for what it is (although this may well be too) - I have no need for another soundcard so I hope NI don't include one in this.

@tomd25 : i guess man they will include sound card coz mashine dont have one so who planning to get a sound card for machine will be happy with this new controller coz it has a sound card and it has a pads for machine and traktor controller, that how i see things, it may not have but it is really should have one....

and they add 4 faders on this so u can prepare what u want to add and mix from machine then u cue it before mixing it to ur fully 4 tracks channel main mixer..... (or 2 tracks 2 sampels without losing any channel from the main mixer for machine), (its like 4 additional channels for machine next to ur main 2 3 4 channel mixer)

lets wait and see on namm 2012 :D

Why would you want a soundcard fitted into this?
The x1 works well without it.

All the people saying it will probably work with machine, yeah it will, but surely the title gives it away, Traktor controller?

I dont think fitting a sound card will be beneficial, considering NI do a range of seperate sound cards.
The A&H controller has a sound card in but not a good one.

Whatever format it is, i hope it works with ease and no doubt it will sell.
    ---
See i like the look of this controller as it sits nicely (with extra kit) either at the top or bottom of a mixer.

The only thing what puts me off, is the price tag, but its only that high as its got an inbuilt soundcard.
If it never i'd be ordering it up.

get an x1 instead of this zome thing this, why do i think it should have a sound card ?

ok machine dont have one so if u plan to buy machine you have to make sure u have another sound card for it, unless u have 4 channel mixer has a bulit in audio interface, if not u will buy a sound card to connect it to ur channel number 4 of the mixer, or u connect it to aux in as a channel number five so why the 4 channel faders on the new ni controller ? i think with it u can cue and get ur samples ready before u mix it....

anyway that what i requested one from the native instruments team, about to edit the software by adding a new option for this or to remap x1 knobs to work with machine only, to control the volume levels of some sampels on machine and to cue the sampels before i mix them, if it truely has sound card in, i hope they will spilt this unit 2 kinds one with sound card and one without, i alread bought the Komplete audio 6, for me i dont need this unit with a bulitin sound card, but it will be compact and nicer than taking both units the controler and the sound card with me to the gig...

i guess the price of it will be 200 $ also and if it has sound card it will be 300$
