Ni ! Please Make A Kontrol X2 !

I have 2 X1's and mapped them completely as a internal mixer set-up using decks A & B, most direct needed controls without Shift use and all in Hotcue mode (so I have the HC's on each X1 on the left and full deck control on the right section). Use only FX 1 and 2 and use the right part of the FX section for Deck EQ and the reght section from the Browse and Loop rotaries for volume and CF and in Shift mode for cue mix and cue volume.

;-) but I do miss an X1 with a Audio DJ8 soundcard in it.

 

please explain. i'm quite curious as i've never read any problems with audio

a lot of people reporting audio dropouts, crackles, CPU spikes using S4s audio device/driver on Windows systems. NI offers no fix, explanation or acknowledgement of the problem ...... despite the widespread reports these problems.

my system (and others) runs fine with any other soundcard ....

there are many other threads you can read or comment on this issue ... this one is for X2 ....

just what i thought... that is not an AUDIO PROBLEM! i have a mac and the S4 and the AUDIO is as good as the AUDIO8DJ...

god... is it so hard to understand this is a compatability issue? mainly on PC's, and OBVIOUSLY NI must be doing some research on how to fix it! mean time, go get yourself a mac and enjoy the S4 cause it's got ZERO problems!

No, i got a Macbook Pro once a year ago and use an hammer to destroy it directly at their shitty apple store, I never experimented such bad customer services and such poor quality product.

a JOG WHEELS will make the Kontrol X2 looks cheap, this is digital stuff, for wheels and turnetables emulations go for Technics ...

i don't write for you so i don't need you to understand my statements.
as for this particular one you did not understand (it's becoming a coincidence when you actually didn't understand any single one as you point out....) the only "emulation" in traktor is the DVS factor. at least it's what the DVS allows you to do... emulate vinyl on any jogwheel. if you have the ability to use it with midi support like the S4, or CDJ400, 350, 850,900 or 2000 and also a few others like the reloop RMP3, adding such ability with the Sync ability (when the beatgrid is correctly applied), then i say using DVS systems is unnecessary. Midi support on CDJ's or controllers allows DJ's more time to be creative...
imho, going back to technics is clearly for people that still enjoy scratching or working with oldschool gear. Don't get me wrong, i love vinyl, but when i play on it, i go full analog and drop my digital gear. i use it for personal joy, on a DJ SET, i rather have my digital gear working cause since all my tracks are properly beatgrided, there's no way of going wrong.
P.S - i don't expect you to understand ANYTHING i said... but i still took the time to answer you in case some other readers are interested!
