    Here is a suggestion for a product. I'm not sure how much work this would be but I think you guys should seriously consider writing a DX or VST shell program. Basically it would function like a virtual rack where by you could instanciate multiple batteries, FM7, pro52 etc...
    and just map the midi ins and audio outputs to the drivers. I do realise that you can sort of do this with other host programs but I like many musicians are now using multiple computers in the setup and dedicating a single computer for softsynths etc...and running the audio/sequecing/effects plugnis on another one. This way we can run many more instances on the single machine. You could charge a minimal fee say US49$ as it would not be a very complicated program in terms of features. Please put a user poll on this , I am sure you will get a very good response. BTW there is a program that tries to do this but it is not very good at it.
    P.S Simplicity would be the key, it just needs to hold the instruments intuitively, show midi in/out, audio output assignment and volume.
