NI plugins with Cubase 11 Pro and UR44 Audiointerface

I can't load songs with Cubase 11 Pro, if there is a NI VST2.4 Plugin loaded. (Komplete 13 untlitmate). Cubase freezes while loading those songs. This always happens and it is reproducible only with all three Components in it: Cubase/ Steinberg Audiointerface UR 44/ song with a NI Plugin.
I changed all driver prefenrences... NI plugins ar not working in my Cubase/UR44/ Mac Configuration. (other Sequencers are working fine)

The Steinberg Support answered me for my support request:
I should not use VST 2.4 plugins any more, because Cubase don't support them anymore. I can exclude the NI Plugins in the VST Folder...

I'm very confused about this answer, because i bought all the newest products from both companies: NI and Steinberg an i'm working with the newest versions of both.
Any advise for me in this special case?
What are the other customers of Steinberg and NI products are doing? Do they bash Cubase or NI? Is there any solution?

Ich habe leider das Problem, dass Cubase Pro 11 (und auch Cubase LE10) meine Songs nicht lädt, wenn dort VST-Plugins (2.4) eingebunden sind. Man kann Songs damit erstellen, das Problem beginnt, wenn man die abgespeicherten Songs wieder laden möchte, dann friert Cubase ein. (Scheibchen dreh, dreh dreh…)

Der Fehler passiert nur beim Benutzen des Audiointerface UR44. Die integrierten Audiotreiber meines Mac mit der Mac-Hardware machen keine Probleme. Auch problemlos funktioniert die Kooperation mit einem anderen Sequenzer (Ableton Live). Dort werden VST 2.4 Plugins geladen mit dem Audiointerface UR44.
Es ist also eine vertrackte Geschichte: Es geht um das Zusammenspiel von Mac/ Audiointerface von Steinberg/ Cubase/ und Plugins von Native Instruments. (Keine VST 3 Plugins…)

Der Steinberg Support antwortete jetzt nach 3 Monaten endlich:
Ich könne ja die veralteten VST 2.4 Plugins deinstallieren, denn es findet dazu von Steinberg kein Support mehr statt.

Es handelte sich um die aktuellste Version von Native-Instruments Komplete 13 (nicht veraltet, aber nicht VST 3)

Hat jemand ähnliche Sorgen? Trennen sich nun alle Cubase-Benutzer von Ihrer NI Komplete 13 Sammlung?
Ist es die Aufforderung, mit einem anderen Sequenzer zu arbeiten?

Ich würde mich über einen Rat freuen!

Ein Kunde von mir war der erste der das Problem bei Steinberg berichtet hat. Ihm wurde gesagt es wird bei yamaha nachgeforscht da die das Interface entwickelt haben.

Bei ihm ist aber das neue AXR4 interface.

Sieht also erstmal schlecht aus.

I decided to upgrade to macOS Big Sur. Therefore I made a new clean install from the beginning.
After having installed all my software from scratch, Cubase runs just fine with all my plug-ins and with the interface UR44.
My problem is solved.
