NI Server Problems?

I bought Session Strings and have tried to download via the emailed link several times.
The download always completes at around 650 MB (supposed to be 1.7GB)

And when I try to open the dmg I get an error msg saying

"no mountable file system"

I've tried the DL with both safari & firefox.

It's not my internet, I've recently downloaded Abbey RD Drums and Steven Slate Drums with no issues.

Can someone help before my DL link expires please

I am having the same problem but my download states that it has completed when it reaches 1.36 Gbytes. I have tried 3 times.

 

After the 4th try I was able to download the complete file so ok now.

 

This sucks,

I can't download this.

 

Same here, get to 65 mb and it stops..

 

You know,....NI,...

If you're only going to sell products as downloads,....maybe you should get a server that works...

 

What number do I call for tech support? Or which section of the site?

I have the same issue trying to d/l Scarbee MM Bass. I have tried multiple times, but the download fails at random points. The most I can seem to get after ~12 tries is 136 MB out of the 2.97 GB total.

Finally got it downloaded after trying Safari instead of Firefox. Don't know if it is a browser thing or just a lucky attempt...

 

When I downloaded Scarbee Pre Bass I had several failed attempts. I was using my office laptop running wireless. I went to another computer that was wired to the network and it downloaded perfectly.

 

I'm having issues as well (came across this thread via Google and looks like I'm not alone). I bought the download version of the Absynth 5 update and my downloads have been ending prematurely.

 

My Scarbee MM Bass download still refuses to complete. The most I've been able to download is 656 MB. For the first two minutes the download moves at a nice rate (4.3 MB/sec), but then it starts to pause occasionally, the rate falls, and then it eventually quits.
