NI Service Center Communication Error

    Server-Communication Error: Connection Cancelled

    the NI Service Center keeps saying this when I try to login.

    Are there any things (server-side) NI is currently doing ?


    If not anyone got some help?

    Seems to be a server-side problem, neither Service Center nor the export Activation Request method are working at present. Hopefully it will be resolved soon, my shiny new Battery 3 depends on it!

    I'm getting the same thing here as well. I know NI's aware of it, but I don't know if they have IT people on the weekend.

    NI Service Center: server communication error

    Same goes for me here! I am trying to activate Komplete 5. Software that costs $1000 but depends on an activation server made out of duck tape and staples!

    I just e-mailed NI's support team, but they are slow getting back to you usually. This is really very upsetting. The fact that we have to go through such an annoying process that periodically goes down just to use and update the software really diminishes the value of this software.

    I am losing money right now because of Native Instruments and their incompetent activation server. It seems like any time I try to go through this process, there is some huge problem on their side and it takes the better part of a week for them to get their act together.

    NI - please go back to simple serial numbers! Look at Logic Pro!

    both online & offline activation attempts are failing
    Add to that Firefox has been throwing up warnings on this site all day:
    www.native-instruments.com uses an invalid security certificate.
    The certificate expired on 1/28/2009 6:31 PM.
    (Error code: sec_error_expired_certificate)

    Just so you know the issue seems to be resolved now, have activated Battery successfully.
