NI Thanksgiving Special website problem

    I'm trying to take advantage of this special, however, I cannot place an order.

    I've tried everything from clearing my cache to installing additional web browsers. And yes, my billing and mailing address are the same.

    Basically, I can login, shop, and checkout, ...but the minute I make a purchase by "agreeing to the terms and conditions" and pressing the "Place Order Now" button, the web site hangs and does nothing. This behavior is identical in IE, Foxfire, and Chrome.

    I also encountered problems on Saturday while trying to pay with paypal and credit cards. Finally I managed to checkout. My credit card was charged (I can see a blocked amount for "NATIVE INSTRUMENTS BERLIN 276" on my cc statement) but no order got registered on My Account. I filed a complaint, got a ticket, and now I don't know if I should wait for somebody to take care of that (how long could it take - I know week is quite usual response time for NI) or try to purchase the product again (but since download sales are non-returnable I am afraid I end up with two copies). So what should I do?

    I am trying to take advantage of this offer as well, but when i click 'add to cart' on a product, the purchase price does not include the discount..

    any ideas?

    Was your CC charged or is it actually a pending transaction? Looks to me like your CC issuer blocked the purchase for some reason. In any case it would be a good idea to contact NI directly. I doubt you'll end up with two copies.

    I had a similar issue. I purchased a boxed Traktor Scratch Pro 2 last Sunday. I paid with Paypal and got an e-mail.

    But until today I haven't received an order confirmation
    I already opened a ticked towards Sales Supports, but I get no response. What else can I do?

    I just called sales support, and they assured me that everything is fine with my order ;)
