NKS User Library

is this working in logic too?? cause i am having so many crash when i select some lines from it....

Finally available is Gforce M-Tron Pro NKS library. This contains the main factory library plus the freely available expansion "tapes" from Gforce all made up into convenient banks with full detailed sound tagging, controller map etc...

This took a while to tag as there is limited info to pull so much had to be done by hand and the reason only the factory library is available at the moment but all expansion tapes (including the newly released Streetly 6) will be available maybe by the end of the month, depends how insane I go from tagging sounds for hours on end.

Have tested this on PC and works perfectly but if you are a Mac user, please grab and test the demo first to be sure because I was too lazy to want to test on mac, just assume it will work.

 

Some small updates from me...

BT Phobos - updated graphics for the NKS pack.
Blinksonic: Cataliz - NI Resources only - as it's reactor ensemble, I would cause issues if I uploaded my previews, based on what the content is.
Krotos: Concept - I've updated the graphics based on recent rejig to Krotos assets - now matched in NI Resources.
Expressive E: Noisy - Updated graphics for the NKS pack, also based on recently updated marketing materials - a nice new pink and white theme - nksf and preview also included..
Roli: Studio Player - some updated graphics based on new marketing materials.
Roli: Equator 2. A VST3 only synth, but using VstShell, I'm slowly creating this as NKS. Lovely marketing materials translated into a really nice NKS pack. I may try and finish this tomorrow...

In my environment, Arcade does work within KK within Logic.

I use Big Sur and the latest versions of Arcade and Logic.

 

Wow, I am just beginning to explore the world of Komplete, Kontakt, NKS and all there is to do with it, and thanks to Andre, I found this forum thread. I am also a blind user, so rely on the Komplete Kontrol accessibility features. And I'd like to thank Christos and everybody else who makes NKS files available for various non-NKS plugins!

A question for christos: if I want to use the Spitfire Labs free products, is there a file I can download that contains all currently available NKS add-ons in one file, instead of having to go through several forum pages and download individual NKS files? Sort of like a first-time quick start path?

For any of you waiting for the latest update of NKS for Output Arcade,
I'm working on it, but it will take some more time. Arcade by Output have received HUGE update (ver 2.0) with the addition of truly playable virtual instruments ("Note Kits"). It has now over 550 instruments in addition to 3600 Sampler Kits.
On top of that, since the plugin currently does not allow keyboard short cuts for copy & pastes like before, I need to depend on all manual work without any automation. The update itself is fantastic, but bear with me for taking more time before dropping the latest NKS files for Arcade.

Cherry Audio Memorymode. Quick job with audio previews. Note, they are all in the "Arp" and you will need to redo the symbolic links to the other folders. Some zipped alternate banks are in presets folder, these presets are all in the other folders categorized mostly by kind of instrument.

 

I've gotten around this issue a few times by finding either the presets files that the plugin uses or the presets in a database file. Then I would record my self arrowing down a folder or list to use copy commands and then switch to the plugin window to paste the name when saving the nksf.

Most of the Preview Sounds are not there.
The Invisible Folders are just Aliases and not really Folders with the Sounds...
Can you change something?

Sorry and thanks for letting me know. I should have put a note in. I use symbolic links and have all the previews in the "Arp" folder. You will need to redo the symbolic links that are in the other folders. Once you decide where you want to keep the main folder, then redo all the symbolic links named ".previews" from the "Arp" folder.
