    Hi Kymeia
Diversion previews (Factory and Collaborations) are on your repository now
This time, all previews constructed under Reaper and normalised based on EvilDragon's instructions, so thanks to him!
Also thanks for your hard work for one more time Kymeia!
Please check it out and tell me if everything's ok.

Awesome thankyou so much! They work perfectly so I have added them to the whole NKS pack. I've also converted the Disembodied pack now but need to ask if it's OK to distribute this as the license with it says not to without permission.

(for myself I am also converting the 2 Diversity banks from Patchpool but will not of course be able to upload those)

I am currently mapping Falcon Macros to KK and Maschine MK3. Works nicely once exposed to the host. Macro names show up nicely on MK3 and KKS-49. There is a sequence required however when adding Falcon Programs and Categorizing them and adding Falcon Macros to Parameters in KK and Maschine. I chose to create a Factory folder for Falcon under NI User Content. First I do a Save As for a Program giving proper name and save that to User Content/Falcon/Factory. Then I pull it up and assign the Falcon Macros (Info Tab on Falcon) to Parameters in Machine/KK by right Clicking on the Falcon Macro Knob/Button and choosing "Assign to Host" and then choose the ID I want *up to 128). Then I save that in Maschine as a Replace original in the UserContent library. Once that is completed I can then Categorize the program. I have found that if I categorize the program first and then assign Falcon macros and save the .nksf file it will cancel the type/category I previously assigned. Thats why I do this in the order I specified. Since Falcon is basically a modular synth in many aspects and not hard configured you must save all parameters you want to tweak on a per Program level. I know its alot of work but for me Falcon is way worth it as real time automation control is just fabulous. BTW: This is the first VST instrument I have purchased in quite awhile that has me this excited. Its got the sound, the depth and will challenge my creativity for along time. I love that.

Yes Falcon patches with macros save nicely, as I tried to show with my example, but it is a lot of work to have to save everyone with a different layout so I am just using the process for favourites rather than taking on whole banks.

Indeed it will take me several days to complete the Factory Library. So many of the Falcon banks are so good. They obviously put good effort into the soundbanks.

I have created nksf files for the UVI Falcon "Factory Library". The files are organized as Falcon > Falcon Factory > Category (Animated, Arpeggiated, etc). I have also catagorized in the database as Mode = Factory, Types = (Initial, Animated, Arpeggiated, etc.). I have completed mapping for most of the Falcon Macros for the Animated and Arpeggiated bank. The rest I will mapping as needed during song creation.

I wish you didn't use custom Mode and Type tags, though... There's no need to stick to Falcon's organization (which is frankly pretty bad). Using KK's regular tags would have been much more effective... Still, a pretty huge work done there.

Not sure what you mean? What would you suggest? What I really wanted to do was choose the Bank in Maschine/KK (Factory, Atmospheric, etc.) but I cannot find a way to add Banks under Falcon. I really would have rather not had to use Mode and Type the way I did. I guess folks can alter the tags easily via Shift-click in Mass. Tagging does not have to follow the Folder organization so anyone wanting to retag should find that relatively easy. The really painstaking part was type in all the Patch Names and Organizing Folders in accordance with Falcon Factory sets. At first I had all NKSF files in one folder however on occasion there are duplicate program names. Your suggestions and groups would be helpful.

Its was a pretty huge work. I can type quickly, and still i took around 4-5 hours. I have not spend that much time typing since my Coding Days in IT. LOL.

Yeah you would need to use Maschine CP to add banks to .nksf...

Yes its is a lot of work. I have decided to only map Falcon Macros when its a patch I use in a composition, or favorites I reuse often.

Its amazing how many different third party VST vendors view categorization of their sounds. Really does not seem to be a common thread. Small discrepancies abound. I will check out NI KK Categories across several VST as I own Komplete 11 and look for consistency and attempt to stick with that. Certainly would help clean up the Type Category which can get so messy.

For Instance: Absynth uses (Multitrack). Most others if any Komplete Instruments use that Type. Also seems to be discrepancies in Cataloging Falcon Factory vs Expansions. An industry standard would have been nice. All in all its seems to be up to the users best judgement? Unless a group like this attempts to come up with a standard of sorts.

I have reworked the Falcon Factory to conform to KK standard Type Tag. I have used the Sub-Type to denote Falcons naming conventions when required. But the top Type layer is now conformed. The Mode still denotes Factory .
