Wow, you are on a role! The Roli Player presets are fantastic and very helpful. I recently bought a used Seaboard Block and Lightpad. A little inconsistent in terms of touch, but a lot of fun and very expressive.

Very nice work - thanks for these. I would suggest anyone using these regularly backup their NI resources folder though as I have found with custom images I made for some Reaktor ensembles that Native Access sometimes deletes the custom ones and replaces them with the originals when updating the relevant product.

Yes! Exactly. I forgot to mention.
You should backup the entire resources folders and copy/paste them when resources are overwritten by Native Access (or other 3rd party updates).
    Thanks for mentioning, Kymeia!

    Update January 2021:
NKS library for Arcade by Output, adding 96 new kits (total: 3130* kits)

    Download HERE.
    (Backup in OneDrive HERE)

    - All the presets are tagged with TYPES and CHARACTERS and come with sound previews.
    - Make sure you download each kit before recalling using NKS files. If you haven't downloaded the samples, they are not loaded (download does not happen automatically)
    - Use "Arcade New" tag to filter down the new presets from the last update. This tag will be updated each time.
(*I noticed the kit named 'Blue Night" under INGREDIENT has been removed from the their library. If you have downloaded it before, you can still use it, but if not, it seems no longer available; the total is actually 3131 kits including this)

Cherry Audio, Voltage Modular 2 Core. NKS presets, previews and basic tagging.
    https://1drv.ms/u/s!AqClXx22aXD7iaxsjRg73RqCsSfkgA?e=5ndw67

As others have pointed out it seems to be quite tricky to map the performance knobs in Voltage Modular to Komplete Kontrol controls without stepping through the presets one at a time. Automation tools don't seem to help. So for the time being when you find a preset you want to tweak you will need to map each preference knob to a control of your choice. It is very easy. Right click on the performance knob/button and choose automation assign to the control of your choice.

This was an interesting project. There is only a Mac AU for Aly James Lab VSDS-X the Virtual Simmons Drum System Extended instrument plugin. It also includes CLAP TRAP (another Simmons inspired instrument for just hand claps). I installed Kushview Element to run it in Komplete Kontrol and changed the NKS information and NI Resources so they show up under AlyJamesLab as their own names in the browser. This is mac only. For Windows you would need to save out the presets with the same names as I did for the audio previews to work. You would also need to setup controls because they don't pass through with the plugin host used to run the AU plugin.

    Hi Dawnlght,

    Happy New Year!
Do you have any plans to continue your work on your LABS library with the latest additions?
That would be very much appreciated!

    Thank you very much!

Not sure on the etiquette of building on other people's work but given that I also needed the NKS presets/previews to complete my library I went ahead and made them here: https://1drv.ms/u/s!AqClXx22aXD7iaxveAVgwhBXGsSfXw?e=Fd9kg5
Basic tagging follows the partial tagging available through the Generate interface plus keywords in the preset title (Bass, Lead, Pad). Plenty of presets remain untagged.

It's fine - I'm all for building on other's work, that's what this thread is for really, to make this a community effort. Thanks for sharing these.

Thanks to jggorman and some additional trial and error I now have the editing the un-editable working including banks.

In case it is useful to others this is the set of commands I used (not sure admin rights are necessary; I am using an M1 Mac mini with OSX 11.1 Big Sur):
    1. Install node.js http://nodejs.org
    2. Open up terminal and start typing commands
    sudo bash [password]
    mkdir NKSedit
    cd NKSedit
    mkdir src
    mkdir dist
    npm install gulp-cli -g
    npm install gulp-nks-rewrite-meta --save-dev
    npm install coffee-script
    npm install gulp
    npm install js-beautify
create a new textfile called gulpfile.coffee containing the text set out at https://sites.google.com/view/nks-libraries/edit-the-non-editable?authuser=0
copy some nksf files into the src directory
    gulp print-src-presets
edit the gulpfile.coffee file to suit
    gulp rewrite-metadata

    woo hoo!

    New Releases for January 2021

    https://freelancesoundlabs.com/nks

    UVI Toy Suite
    [IMG]

Quite a large library covering the different instruments in this collection. Custom labelled controller maps for the different instrument groups and fully tagged library with sound previews, artwork and database files. Groups have been created for each category. Offers both Falcon and Workstation library versions.

    Cherry Audio CA2600
    [IMG]

Fully tagged library hich was a bit of fun to play with. Actually took quite a while to create a control template as there are so many things to tweak and ordering things was a challenge but should be easy enough to operate, all controls are labelled for ease of use. Includes all sound previews and artwork etc.

    Arturia Analog Lab V
    [IMG]

This was quite a massive task to update. Arturia have created a new PluginID for Analog Lab 5 and also completely overhauled the macro control section which makes it a little easier to use but on first glance, appears to lose many of the functions of AL4. However, the format is still the same and the controls are all there and available for tweaking, just not immediately obvious from the new GUI. Arturia are working on an update already to add some more controls to the GUI but that should not affect the mapping at all.

This is a completely overhauled release processed from scratch which is not compatible with Analog Lab 4 or earlier. Updated banks, updated tagging and new controller maps that cover both the single part presets and multi part presets offering different mappings for the 2 types of workflows.

Library contains all factory presets and free expansions available with bank details and highly detailed tagging converted from the Analog Lab library. The Pigments expansion library has also been updated. If I receive enough interest on other available expansions I may consider them but I personally am not an expansion junkie myself, I seldom purchase additional expansions and feel I have enough diversity in the 7500+ presets that come with AL5

Since I have been working on all 3 of these in parallel and have had to solve a number of challenging issues and do a lot of work on these there may be some issues so if you find anything or feel there needs to be improvements or whatever in a certain area, let me know (with details of what you find so I can investigate)

Click the images to find out more.

Paid full price for Analog Lab V rather than upgrade, because why not.

    Great work, as always.

I made an exception for the Analog Lab library and put it in the factory tab rather than user as with most things because a) I wanted all my Arturia plugins together and b) Arturia have created a default folder location for Factory NKS for Analog Lab 5 (and 4 actually) even though they never used them so it doesn't take a registry hack to add them - just install the NKS content in /Library/Arturia/Analog Lab V/Third Party/Native Instruments/presets

btw I wish you had put the macros on page one though as they would be the first thing I would reach for to change usually

Ditto. Bought CA2600, Paid full price for Analog Lab V and bought Pigments to boot!
Looks like there were a few libraries included in Analog Lab V after all! Correct me if I am wrong, but I am seeing Pigments plus these:
    Synthwave
    Starcadian's Signature
    Percussive Drive
    Lyli's Signature
    M.Houle's Signature
    Iconic Vibration
    JMJ Tribute
    House Chords
    Hansen's House
    Efficient Keys
    Dark Ambient
    Bass Music Powerpack
    Ambient Soundscapes

that can be changed. Im always in 2 minds about the macros Vs things like envelope, filter and main vol. Personally when browsing and performing while trying to find a sound i like to have the main plugin vol as the first parameter as well as sustain/release if possible so I can adjust the very basic character while the project plays and then I switch to macro control once I am happy with a sound. I could simply switch the 2nd macro page with the main page as a quick fix if there is enough shared interest to have the part controls first up.
