    Hey folks!

Just want to get something straight.
An instrument capable of being dropped into the ensemble window must have the file name .ism correct?
So if I want to have say Carbon running through a mixer beside manymood, the manymood will need this extension?.
It's just that when I change the file name of anything back in the Reaktor Mac menu, say a download from the User Library to an .ism extension and try and load it beside and existing instrument in the ensemble window, Protools says "Invalid file type"
I've messed around with the file extensions quite a bit now and am not sure what I've screwed up.
Will a fresh update set everything straight?
    Thanks

    No,that won't do it.
If you're using Reaktor, you have the option when you do the Mac equivalent of right-clicking on the panel to save instrument as...Save the instrument, and it'll be usable as you describe.
If you're using Sessions, get someone who uses the full Reaktor to save the instrument for you.
