No download file

I was also Forum Member for a long time. Thats just because to be registered in Service Center / Activation as Owner of a Software does not mean that you're also recognized as Owner of that Software in the Forum. There might be completely diffrent databases behind Software Registration and Website/Forum/Beta-Download.

Ah well ....in the end, there's nothing we can do but wait until the Webbies are at work tomorrow ;-)

 

i don't know what's the matter..
i've tried firefox3.5, safari4, camino1.6 all on mac
remove all cookies... nothing

still same register message. (and i'm a product owner in the forum...)

 

I couldn't download the file with IE8, I installed Safari and everything went fine.

Sorry guys , this is not gonna be resolved until the team get in the morning and im guessing Berlin time.

Odd that it works for some and not others. Not helpful but its all i know atm.

actually i had to try 2 times (close browser) and re-try. Then it worked.
Maybe u can try that.

 

I'm getting the same problem, it says:

"TRAKTOR 1.2.0 Mac OS X please register product"

I can't download the public beta

I'm on a Mac, running Firefox. I'm a registered user of TSPro, Maschine, Komplete 5.

I originally bought TSPro, so I was never a user of the older Traktor Scratch.

Hope this is fixed soon.

yeah, i'm having the same problem... are there meant to be hyperlinks there? or is it a popup?

 

believe it or not, I tried google chrome, firefox and explorer. After reading another post I downloaded safari and thought there is no way the browser will make a difference. Low and behold, the second time I visited the page in safari, the hyperlinks were there and I could download the file.

Explain that one!

 

It seems like the permissions for the files were not set correctly yesterday so only Traktor Pro users were able to download. Sorry for the inconvenience!

Everybody who has had no success so far, please try the download again! Permissions should be fine now.

 

it worked for me now...

 

still no download with IE8 !
I can log in, view the download files, but if I try to download... after a while a error message pops up. if I right click and choose "save target as..." I get also an error message that says "Cannot put download file in cache"

Anyway, yesterday I downloaded the file with Safari, but I'm still wondering why I cannot download with IE8
