Solved No Download For Machine 2 sofware for Machine Studio

Im having a difficult time trying to find the Machine 2 software so I could setup Machine Studio and install the Machine 2.0 library.

I registered The serial number for Machine Studio in native access but there are no downloads for the needed Machine 2 software and Machine library. I have a DVD with the library but need the software as stated on the instructions.

I bought this unit in 2015 I believe so native access wasn’t around.

I’m using a fully loaded 16” MacBookPro and I already have Komplete 12 Ultimate Collectors Edtion installed. I’m using Logic Pro X.

Don’t think I will need the Komplete Selection DVD that it came with cause K.12.U.C.E should have everything.

I need to install the machine 2 software but it’s not in native access. Any thoughts?

 

You normally have a serial on the maschine studio but also one for the software and one for the included libraries, normally on a sticker sticked on the cds box.
Those have to be entered in NA as well

should I Register the machine 2.0 serial on native access? To see if the software and libraries become available?

after registering the serial For machine 2.0 both the software and library are now available in native access.
