I had issues using the Native Access download link in the email which I received after trying to download Kontakt Player.. On the Kontakt Player page I clicked the "Get Download Link" button and then clicked the "Download NATIVE ACCESS" button in the email I received. I downloaded the Native Access installer and it appeared to work but when I tried to open it, nothing happened (the app didn't boot it just froze and I had to Force Quit it.

I was able to get this working by downloading Native Access directly from the website via:
    https://www.native-instruments.com/en/specials/native-access/

Is it possible the Native Access download link in the email which is for an older version of Native Access?

Try some of the solutions in this NI article -- https://support.native-instruments....y-Native-Access-Downloads-Are-Taking-Too-Long

Native Access does not require Full Disk Access; only Files and Folders access to ~/Documents/, ~/Downloads, and external volumes.

From your screenshot, your issue could also be due to MacCleaner Pro app -- try to disable all background tasks of MacCleaner Pro before running Native Access again.
