No E-Voucher from Komplete Kontrol A49

Hello,
I recently purchased a Komplete Kontrol A49 that includes a $25 E-Voucher, but never received an e-mail for it and It's been about two weeks now.

Is there any way I can get assistance on this in the forums? I've tried contacting support but they have not been responsive. Any feed back is appreciated.

Did you register the KB? Just asking because you didn’t mention if you officially registered it or not. Full registration is what triggers the voucher availability.

if you did register, did you check your email Spam folder?

 

Yeah, I just double-checked everything I have registered in the 'My Products, Serial & Downloads' section (including Ableton Lite).

I checked if I received anything in my spam and promotions inboxes, but no luck there either.
